Calls are fast, personal, and easy for congressional offices to log. Even a 60-second call can help show that constituents care. Build a short script below.

  • Be polite and calm — staffers log every call, and courtesy helps.
  • Say clearly that you are a constituent (and give your city/ZIP if asked).
  • Keep it under two minutes.
  • Ask the office to pass your concern to the staffer handling health/drug policy.
  • Do not mention vendors, sourcing, dosing, possession, or anything legally risky.
  • Ask for a written response if you'd like one.
